Sunday, May 9th 10:30am
Douglas County Event Center, Castle Rock
Join us for a morning of friendship, community, and fitness for all ability levels. This is a FREE run that honors Rylie Guentensberger who died May 26, 2017 and benefits the non-profit established in her name. All proceeds and donations support Rylie's ARK which is a dedicated to creating a BIG impact through small acts of kindness.
This event typically includes a timed 5K and festival atmosphere complete with food trucks, music, games and vendors. Our goal is to include as many of these elements as possible in a COVID conscious manner. We will be operating in accordance with best practices put forth by Tri-County Health Department, the CDC and Douglas County Fairgrounds. Please be prepared to wear masks at the start and in the festival area. We will likely have a staggered start to follow social distancing guidelines.
Come out and celebrate with us. All fees are waived for this race, however donations are gladly accepted. A suggested donation of $20, for adult racers, helps fund the ripples and waves of kindness at the core of Rylie's ARK.
The event is free, but we ask you to register so that we can plan accordingly.
We will be offering a shirt again this year. If you are interested in a shirt, please use this form to select your size preference, etc. Registrationswith shirts must be made by April 25th.
